Rhinoceros is a 3D modeling software for Mac OS X that packs a plethora of efficient tools that will
help you create, render, and manage the surfaces that form your 3D objects.

The Rhinoceros working environment integrates various drawing tools featuring extensive
customization options, but also incorporates a vast collection of commands that can be used to deal
with more complex tasks.
For your convenience, Rhinoceros allows you to access these commands through menus or
toolbars, but also integrates a simple search bar that makes automatic suggestions. Rhinoceros
comes with a default commands set, but you get to define your own via the app�s Preferences.
Analyze the included objects, create annotations, and fully render the 3D model
Rhinoceros combines the NURBS modeler with other analysis tools to help you evaluate, among
other things, the distance between different points, the angle between two lines, or the length and
the radius of a curve.
To keep all the elements of a model organized, Rhinoceros enables you to organize them into layers,
groups, or blocks. In addition, you have the option to integrate text or image annotation and store
details about a particular object surface.
You get to preview the result in real time, but Rhinoceros also integrates extended rendering
capabilities: you get to add both lighting effects and materials to give a more realistic look to your
project.

Rhinoceros has everything it needs to help you develop mathematically precise 3D models, but it
